CHOIR

The Bredasdorp High School choir participated in the School’s Arts Festival held at the Artscape Theatre Centre on Thursday, 24 August. At this event, adjudicators are present to determine the top items within each genre of performing arts. Approximately 500 schools and institutions enter into the event (more than 3 500 students). The choir has been selected to participate in the School’s Arts Festival Gala, where only the Top 20 items of the entire Festival are chosen! The choir is one of only 2 high school choirs selected to perform at this prestigious event. This qualifies them as one of the best choirs in the Western Cape. The Gala will take place at the Artscape Theatre Centre on Thursday, 31 August, at 18h30, where the learners will receive an award for their achievement. Numerous media outlets will be present for the event. The Gala is open to an audience. Tickets are available at Computicket.
