Yesterday was a special day for the BD family. The grade 8 learners saw the end of their welcoming period and officially joined the BD family.
They performed their grade 8 dance, added their bee to a hive, got to put on their school blazers for the first time and sang the school song -not once, but twice! Each grade 8 also rang the bell, marking the beginning of their journey at Bredasdorp High School. These same grade 8 learners will ring another bell in five years to mark the end of their school journey.
Welcome, grade 8s! We can’t wait to see what your future as a BD brings.
