This past weekend a group of High School Bredasdorp’s underwater hockey players headed to Bloemfontein to participate in the Underwater Hockey Junior Nationals. Despite the long journey by bus, our learners and their teams did well in the tournament. The following teams and learners won medals.
🥇U/19 Boland Woman won a gold medal.
Suzanne Pretorius (grade 12) was a player in the team.
🥇U/16 North Gauteng Girls won a gold medal.
Gite-Mari Malherbe (grade 😎 was a player in the team.
🥈U/16 Potchefstroom Northwest Girls won a silver medal.
Clara de Jager (grade 😎 was a player in the team.
🥉U/16 Boland Girls won a bronze medal.
Jessica Burger (grade 10), Remy Wessels (grade 10) and Leslie-Ann Janse van Rensburg (grade 9) were players in the team.
🥉U/16 Boland Boys won the Bronze Medal
Hugo Pretorius (grade 10) and Jan-Carel Lochner (grade 10) were players in the team.
