AUDREY BLIGNAULT IS HONORED

The Friends of the Shipwreck Museum celebrated our Overberg heritage with a very special event on November 4. The street next to the museum, named after Audrey Blignault, had a birthday. To celebrate this special event, several Bredasdorpers read their favorite story about this Overberg icon. Other guests shared a special steel about Audrey. The guest of honor at the inspiring morning was Marié Heese, Audrey’s daughter. She herself is a very well-known author in South Africa.
